Hope City Experience
The Hope City Experience is a four month long(16 week) apprenticeship program where you will work alongside our staff, learn our systems / processes, and execute weekly and weekend routines. Our hope is that this program will help train up future Hope City leaders. This is not entry-level work or an internship, but your opportunity to lead. After applying, our staff will narrow down applicants and invite them to an HCX Bootcamp Weekend. This is an intense weekend long interview process where it will be decided whether an applicant is accepted into the HCX Program. For more information, watch the video below.

Which tracks are a part of HCX?
The HCX Program has Campus-position based tracks, Hope City Creative track as well as a Hope City Worship track.

How long is the program?
HCX is a four-month (16 week), full-time intensive.

Is this a paid apprenticeship program?
Yes, each participant in the HCX Program is paid a stipend.

Will I be offered a job when HCX is over?
The goal of HCX is to build up future Hope City leaders. At the conclusion of the program, you will either be offered a position on staff or your contract will end (no extensions).

Is housing provided?
At this time, we will not be providing housing for those accepted into the program.

Can spouses go through the program together?
We do not permit spouses to attend HCX at the same time. If you and your spouse would both like to attend HCX, you can apply at different times for separate seasons.

Can I go through this program multiple times?
No. Those accepted into HCX can only go through the program once.

Are we accepting any international applications?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and accommodate for international applicants at this time.
