Upon arriving for service when you enter our Kids' Check-In area, one of our Team Members will assist you each step of the way. They will guide you in your next steps, show you where your child will be during service, and partner with you if you have questions.
In Hope City Kids, safety is one of our highest priorities. We have a secure check-in system at every Hope City location. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers - One for your child and one for the parent and or guardian. After service, you'll show the Check-In Team Member your Kids tag to enter the Kids Hallway and hand in your matching tag for your child to be released from their room to be picked up.
Our Kids Serve team have all been screened, background check approved, and receive appropriate training from our staff. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked security during each experience to ensure your child stays safe and secure.
