The Rooted Experience is a 10-week small group journey designed for you to Learn foundational Christian beliefs, practice the 7 rhythms of discipleship, and step beyond your comfort zones through experiential learning opportunities. Rooted only runs in the Fall and Spring semesters.

All Rooted groups come together for the first week as a kick-off rally to cast vision and purchase materials. The books cost $25 each. The final week of Rooted is a closing rally of celebration and commissioning. Participants will journey through the experience with daily readings from the Rooted book which will then be discussed in each session. The book cost is $25. 1. Daily Devotion: A daily rhythm of reading, meditating on, and applying God’s Word to our lives equips us with all we need to learn about Him and live a life pleasing to Him.
2. Prayer: Prayer is engaging God in a conversation, sharing our hearts with Him, and spending time listening to His voice, both individually and in community. 
3. Repentance: With the help of the Spirit, we take inventory of our lives, humbly and honestly confess our sins, and turn away from our sins toward God in surrender. 
4. Sacrificial Generosity: In His generosity toward us, God desires that we, too, are generous and will use our resources as a tangible way to partner with Him in His work in the world and in the lives of those around us.
5. Serve the Community: We are called and equipped by the Holy Spirit to share God’s love by participating in the ministry of Jesus.
6. Share Your Story; Sharing our life story is the most powerful way to show the transforming power and salvation offered through Jesus Christ.
7. Worship: As children of God, it is important to consistently set aside time to remember what God has done, to thank Him for it, and to put Him on display as we give Him the glory.
