Upon arriving for service when you enter our Kids' Check-In area, one of our Dream Team will assist you each step of the way. They will guide you in your next steps, show you where your child will be during service, and partner with you if you have questions.

Our kids team teaches weekly how to love God, love people, do their best, and have fun!

• In Hope City Kids, safety is one of our highest priorities. That's why we have a secure check-in system at every Hope City location. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear their name tag, and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show the Dream Team member your matching tag for your child to be released from their room.
• Our Kids Dream team have all been screened, background check approved, and receive appropriate training from our staff. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked security during each experience to ensure your child stays safe and secure.
• If we need to contact you during the service, one of our Dream Team or Staff will personally send you a text message.
