Purpose of the job:

Assist with setting the visual direction and the designs necessary in supporting our campuses, ministries, and social media channels as we reach people far from God through creativity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide print and digital design solutions for our campus ministries including: Connect Groups, campus marketing, events, and staff culture.

• Assist with driving the visual direction and assist in the strategy for creative projects supporting our ministries.

• support the design projects of other departments as needed.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Relevant experience in Graphic Design

• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Required

• Ability to build designs from scratch and strong eye for typography

• Good team collaboration

• Highly adaptable and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to apply design thinking and feedback

• Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines

• Online Portfolio Required

• Knowledgable in marketing principles

• Experience in video and/or motion graphics

• Experience in magazine, brochure, or print layout design

• Experience in apparel design
