Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Submit weekly report to Campus Pastor
• Assist with leading weekly Campus Director Meeting
• Assist with monthly Community Night
• Assist with Campus communications and execution of all special events
• Attend weekly one-on-one with Campus Pastor
• Identify and raise up a “now ready” and “6-month ready” to replace you
• Compile and review weekly reports from Directors
• Build relationships with Directors and Coordinators in order to assess, advise and develop
• Assist with resourcing and supporting Next Steps, Guest Experience and Campus Support Directors
• Ensure all areas of the Campus are prepared for weekend execution
• Ensure teams are properly trained with scheduling, communication and leadership tools
• Ensure that Directors are developing new leaders within the teams they oversee
• Oversee that all supplies are ordered, received and available
• Assist with facilitating logistics for Campus deliveries
