Youth Camp

Middle & High School Students, we invite you to join us as we embark on a 4-day and 3-night Youth Camp!

Youth Camp is put on by Hope City Youth in partnership with Forest Glen Camps & Retreats this year. Throughout the week, students will have an amazing experience through times of worship, sessions, team games, activities, and small groups.

Camp Price: $325

This will be available from April 17th - April 30th.

Early Bird Special: $299

This will be available from May 1st - May 22nd.

Regular Pricing: $325

This will be available from May 23rd - July 10th.

July 10th is the last day to register, so please make sure to register by this date.

In order to reserve a spot, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon registering.

We have opened flexible payment options to ease any financial burdens. Attendees can pay in any increments needed so long as the full amount is in before the cutoff. The full amount is due any time before July 10th. 

Please keep in mind that your registration is not complete until your balance has been paid in full. Failure to make the final payment will not result in a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be more information?

Absolutely. You will receive an email with information about Camp (Packing list, Camp rules, liability forms, etc) and details as our Camp date approaches.

Will there be transportation?

Yes, transportation will be provided. Students will meet at the Hope City offices/building to be dropped off at the building at 1:00pm on July 30th and will be PICKED UP at the building at Noon on August 2nd.

Do I need to bring snacks?

Students are able to bring snacks, but we will also be providing snacks at certain times throughout the day at camp on top of the meals provided. There will be a snack shop where students can bring money to purchase snacks and drinks.

Can I bring friends?

Yes, bring all of your friends! Spaces are limited, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible.

Are the leaders background checked for both Hope City and Forest Glen?

Absolutely, Hope City leaders and Forest Glen’s staff are all background checked and have gone through a Sexual Abuse Awareness Training. In addition, we will have Hope City Staff members on the trip.

If I have medication that I need to take throughout the day, what do I do with it?

If you have medication that needs to be taken throughout the trip, please have your medicine (with your name and dosage information clearly marked in the original bottle) placed inside a Ziploc bag. Our camp nurse will collect medication on the day of check-in for Camp and will help take care of you throughout the trip.

Can my students bring electronics? (Cell phones, laptops, gaming devices, etc)

No, students are not allowed to bring their electronics to camp. If a student brings an electronic device, it will be taken up and set aside until parent pick up on the last day. Our team will be capturing photos and videos, and our leaders will have their cell phones available if your student needs to contact you at an appropriate time, or if you need to contact them. Our heart is for students to disconnect from the world and connect with God during this week.

Where will I be staying?

We will be at Camp Forest Glen’s campsite.

Are there water activities?

Yes, Forest Glen Camps & Retreats is on Grace Lake, and there will be multiple water activities as well as land activities.
