What’s W Conference all about?
W Conference is a gathering designed to inspire, equip, and connect women as they grow deeper in their faith in the purpose God has called them to. Through powerful worship, encouraging messages, and meaningful community, women will be reminded to stay rooted in Christ and flourish in every season.
When and where is the conference?
W Conference is Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th! We are gathering at our WHN campus at 5300 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77041. You do not want to miss this memorable night with all of our Hope City women!
What can I expect?
Get ready for an unforgettable experience filled with powerful worship, inspiring guest speakers, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to build authentic community with other women. Through the conference, you’ll be encouraged, equipped, and reminded of the importance of staying rooted in your faith and growing together.
How much will it cost?
Prices and tickets will be available Sunday, August 9. Stay tuned for more information!
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to both days of the W Conference, including all worship services, guest speakers, sessions and opportunities to connect with other women. Saturday lunch is also included with your registration.
What is the difference between a General Admission ticket and a VIP ticket?
VIP registration includes all the benefits of General Admission, plus a few exclusive perks designed to enhance your conference experience. VIP guests will receive access to a reserved seating section and exclusive piece of W Conference merch.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. Due to the nature of our W Collective events, they typically sell out quickly, so we encourage you to secure your ticket as soon as registration opens. Keep an eye out on this page - tickets will be released Sunday, August 9 at 7pm!
Is parking free, and where should I park?
Yes! Parking is included with your ticket. You can park on-site at 5300 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77041. If the main parking lot reaches capacity, additional parking will be available at the building next door, with signs directing you where to park. Shuttle service will be available for pick-up and drop-off between the overflow parking area and the event entrance.
Is childcare available?
Unfortunately, childcare will not be available during Women’s Conference. HC Kids will not be open during the conference, so we encourage you to plan accordingly and make arrangements for childcare if needed.
Will food be available?
Lunch will be provided on Saturday and is included with your conference registration. We encourage you to arrive ready to connect, worship, and enjoy time with other women throughout the day.
What is the refund or ticket-transfer policy?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, ticket transfers may be available. Please contact our team with your registration information and we will assist you with next steps.
