Serve Day provides churches across the world the opportunity to serve their local communities and to show the love of Jesus to those around them. Join us in making a difference on Serve Day - July 11th, 2020. Grab your friends and family and sign-up for a serve project near you. This is how we change the world!
Help us paint the town red on July 11th by sharing these graphics on your social media with the hashtag #ServeDay20!
We want to hear about all of the incredible ways you and your crew served the community during #ServeDay20! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share your Serve Day pics, videos & stories! We can't wait to hear how you and your crew impacted the community on July 11th, 2020.
What should I bring on Serve Day?
Bring any personal items you may need during your project: Serve Day T-shirt, sunscreen, drinking water, sneakers, a hat, etc. Your Project Leader will send an email to confirm any project-specific items you may need to bring: gloves, rakes, lawnmowers, tarps, work tools, etc. Work clothes are a good idea for serve opportunities requiring physical labor, and we recommend not wearing jewelry.
What if it rains?
Please continue to check your email after signing up for a project for communication from your project leaders. If there are any last minute changes to locations due to weather, they will be sending emails to all participants to notify all participants.
How do I plan a Serve Project?
Due to our recent circumstances with COVID-19, all projects for Serve Day 2020 will be led and approved by Missions Coordinators at each location. Please connect with the missions coordinator at your Hope City Location if you are interested in helping with this process. If you don’t know how to connect with them, let us know at email@example.com.
Is it safe to serve right now?
The safety of our Dream Team and community is our highest priority! We want everyone that signs up to serve with us on this day to understand that all projects listed on our serve app have gone through a verification process to ensure that we are following safety protocols. We are also closely working with the city to ensure that we are following all guidelines.
