Hope City is looking for a qualified Website manager who is able to manage workflow for the Hope City website and affiliate website(s), specifically site and page design while assisting with the development and execution of Hope City creative concepts.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage and update of Hope City.com and any Hope City affiliated websites as well as the mobile app
  • Responsible for quality assurance and testing of new web features moving into production
  • Responsible for quality assurance of all other content on the website including written content, photography, video and others
  • Work with ministries, media, marketing, and Hope City teams to identify content needs, timelines for delivery, timely scheduling of content production on the sites, and other changes needed to the site
  • Work with vendors to ensure functionality of the websites; offer suggested recommendations on potential improvements
  • Create and manage a work flow process and prioritization matrix for website and mobile app changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience
  • 2+ years web design and management experience
  • Expert in WordPress
  • Familiar with Autopilot
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Programing Languages: SQL, VB, .Net (all versions), C#, C++, HTML, MYSQL
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Full stack web development experience
